Integrations — StudioM Platform Guide

Who this guide is for: Anyone who wants to connect the StudioM platform with other tools and services they use. Time to read: Approximately 7 minutes

What Are Integrations?

Integrations connect the StudioM platform with other software — so your tools can share data and work together automatically. When an integration is active, actions in one system can trigger actions in another without any manual copying or syncing.

Examples of what integrations enable: - A new contact added to your CRM automatically appears in your email marketing tool - A payment processed in the platform updates your accounting software - A webinar sign-up triggers a follow-up sequence in the platform - Your Google calendar stays in sync with your appointment bookings

Important: Setting up most integrations — especially those requiring API connections, OAuth, or technical configuration — is handled by StudioM. Contact us when you want to connect a new tool, and we'll set it up for you.

How to Get There

Navigate to: Settings (left sidebar) → Integrations

Built-In Native Integrations

These integrations are built directly into the platform and can be connected from Settings:

Payment Integrations

Integration What It Does
Stripe Accept credit/debit card payments, set up subscriptions, process invoices
PayPal Accept PayPal payments and card payments via PayPal's gateway
Square Accept in-person and online payments
NMI Payment gateway for businesses needing alternative processing
Authorize.net Established payment gateway with fraud detection tools

Need StudioM Support? Payment gateway connection involves configuration beyond the Settings panel. Contact StudioM to connect or switch your payment processor.

Advertising Integrations

Integration What It Does
Facebook / Meta Connect your Facebook Ad Account for running ads and capturing lead form submissions directly into your CRM
Google Ads Track Google Ad conversions and link campaigns to contact records
TikTok Ads Run TikTok ad campaigns with lead capture

Need StudioM Support? Advertising platform connections require initial setup. Contact us before launching your first campaign.

Calendar Integrations

Integration What It Does
Google Calendar Two-way sync — appointments in the platform appear on Google Calendar and vice versa; prevents double-bookings
Outlook / Office 365 Same two-way sync for Microsoft calendar users
iCloud Calendar Sync with Apple Calendar (one-way read)

To connect Google Calendar: 1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Calendar 2. Click Connect Google Calendar 3. Sign in with your Google account and grant permission 4. Select which Google calendar to sync with

Best practice: Connect Google Calendar before activating your booking calendar — it ensures real-time availability is always accurate and no double-bookings occur.

Video Conferencing

Integration What It Does
Zoom Automatically creates a Zoom link when an appointment is booked and includes it in the confirmation email
Google Meet Same automatic meeting link creation for Google Meet
Microsoft Teams Automatic Teams meeting link creation

To connect Zoom: 1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Zoom 2. Click Connect Zoom 3. Authorise the connection with your Zoom account 4. All online appointments will now auto-generate Zoom links

Shopify Sync Shopify orders and customers into the CRM

Zapier and Make (Automation Connectors)

Zapier and Make (formerly Integromat) are third-party tools that connect thousands of apps together — including many that don't have direct integrations with the platform.

Examples of what you can do with Zapier: - New contact in the platform → create a row in a Google Sheet - New booking in the platform → add an event to a team Google Calendar - Payment received → send a notification to a Slack channel - New lead from a Typeform form → create a contact in the platform

Need StudioM Support? Setting up Zapier or Make connections requires creating API keys and configuring triggers and actions. Contact StudioM Support and we can set up specific Zaps or Make scenarios for you.

Common Questions

Q: Can I connect a tool that's not on this list? Many tools can be connected via Zapier or Make, which act as bridges between thousands of apps. Contact StudioM Support and tell us what you're trying to connect — we'll advise on the best approach.

Q: Do integrations cost extra? The platform's native integrations are included in your plan. Zapier and Make have their own subscription costs (they offer free tiers with limited usage). Third-party tools (Zoom, QuickBooks, etc.) require their own subscriptions.

Q: What happens if an integration disconnects? Integrations can occasionally lose their connection (usually after a password change or expired permission). If you notice appointments not syncing to Google Calendar, Zoom links not generating, or similar issues, contact StudioM Support — we'll re-authenticate the connection.

Q: Can I see all connected integrations in one place? Yes — go to Settings → Integrations to see all currently connected integrations and their status.

Q: Is my data secure when shared between integrations? All data transfers use encrypted connections. Review the privacy policy of any third-party tool you connect, as their data practices are governed by their own policies.
